  • What is a pathology test?

    A pathology test helps to analyze blood, urine, or body fluid samples to detect diseases, infections, or health conditions.

  • Do I need fasting before my test?

    Yes, fasting is required for tests like Fasting Blood Sugar and Lipid Profile (10–12 hours). For most other tests, fasting is not necessary.

  • Can I drink water before giving a fasting sample?

    Yes, plain water is allowed. Avoid tea, coffee, and other drinks before a fasting test.

  • How can I book a home sample collection?

    You can call or WhatsApp us at +91-8421722250 to schedule a home collection. Our trained and certified phlebotomist will visit your home at your preferred time with a sealed, sterile sample collection kit.

  • How should I collect a urine sample?

    Use a sterile container. For routine testing, collect the midstream urine sample after cleaning the area properly.

  • How long does it take to get my reports?

    Routine reports are ready within 6–24 hours, while some special tests (like Vitamin D or Hormone tests) may take 48–72 hours.

  • How will I receive my test reports?

    Reports are shared through Email, WhatsApp, and also available in printed form at the center.

  • Are your reports reliable and certified?

    Yes, our lab follows strict ISO and NABL guidelines to ensure high accuracy and reliability.

  • What are your working hours?

    We are open Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) and Sunday (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM).

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept only digital payments β€” UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, and Cheque. (No cash accepted.)

  • Do you offer health packages?

    Yes, we provide affordable preventive health check-up packages for men, women, and senior citizens.

  • Do you offer corporate or hospital tie-ups?

    Yes, we have customized tie-up plans for hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.

  • Can I get a blood test without a doctor’s prescription?

    For most screening tests, yes. But for specific tests or insurance claims, a doctor’s prescription is recommended.

  • Do you provide emergency or urgent testing?

    Yes, urgent and priority testing services are available for specific cases on request.

  • What safety measures are followed during sample collection?

    We use single-use sterile needles, maintain cold chain for samples, and follow biomedical waste disposal protocols strictly.
